The Cribsie New Arrivals represent the best new brands and products of the year, with recommendations from the Cribsie Academy, a prestigious panel of industry leaders, experts, and celebrities. Brands pay a fee (between $400-750) to submit their products for review. All products approved by the Cribsie Award editors are featured here. Additionally, all accepted New Arrivals are judged by the Cribsie Academy: those rated at least a 3.5 out of 5 across four criteria (innovation, style/design, marketability, and utility) are granted an Academy Star. All 2018 New Arrivals will be judged by the Academy in early 2019. Stars will be announced March 4, 2019.
